Masía La Costereta offers an authentic experience in the heart of Alto Maestrazgo. Located six kilometers from the small and quiet town of Catí, the farmhouse is surrounded by mountains and oaks that transmit relaxation and tranquility.
The house has been renovated from the ruins of an old farmhouse.
The renovations were carried out with the premises of preserving its stone walls. Decorated with warm colors and natural elements, always seeking serenity and community.
The result is a calm home that conveys a feeling of warmth, well-being and calm.

La masía está equipada con paneles solares que nos permiten aprovechar la energía del sol y minimizar el uso de fuentes no renovables, fomentando así un estilo de vida más sostenible.
Además, creemos en la importancia de educar a las futuras generaciones sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente. Por eso, hemos creado un huerto infantil ecológico, donde los más pequeños pueden aprender sobre agricultura sostenible.
The Masia
The house consists of a large living room upon entering, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. As well as a large kitchen that connects to an indoor barbecue.
Three of the rooms are double beds and the other three have two single beds each.
The living room has a fireplace, perfect for winter.
The large garden is completely closed where the pool and barbecue area are located.
